Sugleep Terms of Service

1. About Our Service
Sugleep is an auxiliary tool application for sleep aid, emotional relaxation and focus improvement. It provides users with free basic functions and paid VIP subscription services.

By downloading, installing, logging in or using any function of this application, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all terms of this Terms of Service. If you disagree with any terms, please uninstall and stop using this application immediately.

Minors may only use this application with the knowledge, consent and supervision of their legal guardians. Guardians shall be responsible for supervising minors' use behaviors.

2. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Rules
Monthly and annual VIP subscriptions in this application are auto-renewable subscriptions authorized by Apple, and all subscription activities shall comply with official App Store regulations:
- Your subscription will be automatically charged and renewed by Apple within 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- The final subscription price is subject to the real-time price displayed on the App Store and within the application.
- Auto-renewal cancellation path (official iOS path): Settings > Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Select Sugleep > Turn off Auto-Renewal. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current cycle to avoid unexpected charges.
- All refunds and billing disputes are governed by Apple’s official refund policy. The developer cannot process or issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted via official Apple channels by users themselves.

3. Restore Purchases
No repurchase is required after device replacement, app reinstallation or local data clearance. Please log in with the identical Apple ID used for original purchase, then tap the Restore Purchases button in the app to recover valid VIP privileges without extra charges.

4. User Code of Conduct
You shall use this application legally and in good faith. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Cracking, decompiling, reverse engineering, tampering with source code or repackaging the application;
- Bypassing payment verification via vulnerabilities, scripts or third-party tools to illegally obtain VIP access and paid audio resources;
- Scraping, reproducing or reselling copyrighted audio and visual materials from the application in bulk.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the application unilaterally once violations are confirmed. No refund will be granted for the ongoing subscription fee you have paid.

5. Medical Disclaimer
This application is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation services. All in-app content is merely auxiliary leisure resources for relaxation, stress relief and sleep improvement.

If you suffer from chronic insomnia, sleep apnea, anxiety, depression or other sleep and mental disorders, please consult professional medical institutions in time. Do not replace professional medical advice with this application.

We shall not be liable for any physical or mental injuries caused by users' personal schedules, physical conditions or improper use of the application.

6. Terms Updates
We may revise these Terms of Service irregularly for business iteration, platform rule updates or legal compliance requirements. Revised terms will be posted within the application. Your continued use of the application after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
