Important Note: We do not collect, store or use your email address under any circumstances. Whether you choose to share or hide your email during Apple Sign-In, we will not retrieve it. 2.2 Application Logic Data Stored on Server To synchronize your account status and ensure proper operation of the Application, we store necessary business data on our servers, including basic account identifiers, personalized settings, usage records and subscription status. All aforementioned data is used only for function synchronization and service maintenance, and does not qualify as sensitive personal information. We only record the validity of your subscription, and do not retain complete orders, bills or any other payment-related data. 2.3 Data Stored Locally on Your Device The following data is saved locally on your device only and will not be uploaded to any server: - Temporary application cache, interface status and local audio cache - Basic operational configuration data - Non-identifiable local usage statistics (used exclusively for troubleshooting and experience optimization) 2.4 Permission Explanation All permissions requested by the Application are used strictly for their stated purposes. We will not exploit any permission to steal or upload your private data: 1. Photo Library Access (Read & Write): This permission is only activated when you actively select images to set your avatar or save in-app images to your photo library. We will not scan your photo library voluntarily, access other images, or upload any content from your photo library. 2. Audio Playback & Background Audio: Used to play relaxing audio and support playback when the screen is locked or the Application is running in the background. We will not access your local music library or other media files, nor collect any audio-related data. 3. Network Access: Used for Apple Sign-In verification, account data synchronization, subscription status validation and loading the online version of this Privacy Policy. We will not collect or upload device identifiers, IP addresses, location information or other sensitive data, nor track your usage behavior. 2.5 Information We Do Not Collect We solemnly declare that we will never collect, store, upload or share the following information: - Personal identifiers such as email addresses, phone numbers and real names - Device serial numbers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses and geographic location information - System privacy data including contacts, call logs, SMS messages and calendars - Any content in your photo library except the images you select manually - User activity tracks, click records and other tracking data 3. Data Storage and Security - Storage Location: Account and synchronized business data are stored on compliant commercial servers. Local cache and configuration files are kept only on your current device, and no mandatory cloud backup is provided. - Transmission Security: All network data transmission is protected by HTTPS encryption protocols. - Data Retention Period: Your account-related data on the server will be retained until you request account deletion. Operational logs and temporary statistical data will be cleared automatically on a regular basis. Data Deletion Rules - Local Data: All local cache and configuration files will be permanently deleted once you uninstall the Application. - Server Data: You may submit an account deletion request within the Application. We will permanently erase all data associated with your account on our servers within 7 working days. We adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your data. If a data breach occurs due to our violation of security obligations, we will assume corresponding legal liabilities in accordance with applicable laws. We shall not be held liable for any losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, security vulnerabilities on your device and malicious attacks from third parties, provided that we have fulfilled our emergency response obligations. 4. Third-Party Services 4.1 Apple Services This Application integrates Apple Sign-In and Apple In-App Purchases: - All processes including account authentication and payment transactions are independently provided and processed by Apple. - We have no access to, and do not collect or store any payment information such as bank card numbers, payment passwords and transaction details.
